I paid for a broadcast and still don’t have access.
There are a few reasons why you might be experiencing issues accessing a Pay-Per-View stream.
1. Are you sure you are logged into the same account you purchased the stream under?
2. Did you completely follow through with the purchase? You should have received an email confirming your order
3. A rare error could have occurred in the system. If you have confirmed the two options above and are still having trouble, Contact us so that we can help correct any issue accessing the stream.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only issued if the broadcast had significant interruptions, or did not air due to cancellation or technical difficulties.
We do not provide refunds for browser or network issues experienced by the viewer. These are end-user issues and they can be remedied by contacting our support team during the event. Things as simple as using a different browser or different computer will solve your issue.
