All Veercast subscribers get email and ticket based support Monday-Sunday 8:00am-9:00pm EST. If you need help outside of our extensive hours, Veercast offers 24/7 support via our extensive knowledgebase at support.veercast.com.
What is the difference between Veercast’s free plan and the paid plan?
The free plan is more of a portal for you to host all of your past and future broadcasts if you are using your own CDN (Boxcast, Vimeo, dacast, Youtube, etc).
From there, you can embed your 3rd party CDN broadcasts and use our Pay-Per-View system to charge for your broadcasts. You can also leave them free to the viewer, and have a single place where your viewers can enjoy your past and upcoming streams.
With Veercast’s paid plan, you get to take advantage of our cutting-edge live streaming features which are the most robust in the industry.
